1.9 Electrical connection
•
These concrete vibrators are connected directly to the AC mains 230V/50Hz.
Operate only with a ground fault circuit interrupter in accordance with regulations!
1.10 Structural alteration
•
Never make any structural changes without the written permission of the manufacturer. You
will endanger your safety and the safety of others! In addition, the manufacturer's liability and
warranty will no longer apply.
•
A structural change exists in particular in the following cases:
- Opening the unit and permanently removing components
- Installing new components that are not equivalent in design
and quality to the original parts.
- Attach accessories.
•
You can safely install original spare parts.
You can safely attach accessories that are available for your unit from the dealer.
Please observe the installation instructions in these operating instructions.

Do not drill into the housing, e.g. to attach signs. Water can enter the housing
penetrate and damage the unit.
1.11 Transport
•
Before transporting the appliance, switch it off and disconnect the plug from the socket. Let the
motor cool down.
•
During transport on vehicles, the concrete vibrator must be secured against slipping or rolling
away by suitable means.
2.Use
•
Compaction with concrete vibrators is the most common method in concrete processing. The
direct contact between the vibrating bottle and the concrete mass enables the concrete to be
processed quickly and effectively, even in narrow formwork. The dimensions of the concrete
bodies and the density of the reinforcement determine the diameter of the bottle.
•
The unit generates high-frequency vibrations in the vibrating body. By immersing the vibrating
body in the fresh concrete, the concrete is de-aerated and compacted in the effective range of
the vibrating body. The fresh concrete cools the vibrating body at the same time.
Note: As long as air bubbles rise, the concrete is compacted.
