This manual refers to a refrigeration unit suited for preserving food products, whether packed or
not; the unit is available
SERVE-OVER display cabinet version
for display of
“MILK and
DAIRIES products”
in the following versions:
Mod. SALINA :
Glass superstructure not including any supporting brackets to support the front glasses;
opening glasses without pistons from top to down position.
Mod. SALINA PLUS :
The superstructure
not including any supporting brackets to support the front glasses;
opening glasses without pistons from top to down position.
Mod. SALINA LUX :
The superstructure
including supporting brackets to support the front glasses; opening
glasses by pistons from down to the top position.
Both version are not multiplexable
Standard cabinet fitted are supplied included with:
fitted with a built-in refrigeration unit or made-ready for remote units
electronic controller and main switch
Top lighting
standard voltage 230V - 1P - 50Hz
The basin has low environmental impact insulation, non-CFC insulation is used.
