5. Progressively increase the PTO speed to 540 rpm.
6. Adjust the pressure using the control unit.
IMPORTANT
When spraying the spray mixture
• Only activate and deactivate the boom when moving forward to avoid overdosing.
• Avoid overdosing due to
◊
imprecise crossovers
◊
corners and headlands when the sprayer is operating!
• If the advance speed is increased, do not exceed the maximum authorised pump drive speed
which is 540 rpm!
• Constantly check the spray mixture consumption when spraying in relation to the surface
treated.
If there is a difference between the unit display and the
flow rate and/or the
advance speed
► Refer to the control unit
instructions and,
► Calibrate the flow meter if there is a difference between the effective flow rate and
the
flow rate displayed.
► Calibrate the advance sensor (pulses per 100 m) if a difference is observed
between the effective advance and the advance displayed.
5.8.5 - RINSING THE SPRAY MIXTURE TANK USING THE LAV'TON WASHERS.
ATTENTION
Risk of damaging the LAV'TON washers!
Never exceed a pressure of 5 bar.
IMPORTANT
Clean the spray mixture tank every time after use!
1. Place the valve handles in the positions shown (3).
2. Set the PTO speed to between approx. 200 and
540 rpm.
The LAV'TON washers operate and rinsing takes place.
3. To stop the LAV'TON washers, stop the PTO.

REMARK
Rinsing the spray mixture tank with clean water from the rinsing tank dilutes the concentration of
the spray mixture.
