MULTIPOSICION HEAD (ADJUSTMENT)
In the event that the articulated head doesn’t perfectly lock its
movement or if on the contrary, it moves with difficulty on its idle position, it
should be adjusted.
If the coupling on the motor side is to be adjusted, then the motor
should be removed from the articulated head or if the coupling to be adjust is
the other one, remove the plastic cap.
To perform the adjustment,
set the handle (17, page. 4) in its lock
position, drive in a 5 mm ALLEN
spanner, loosen the lock nut by
turning it counter clockwise, drive in
the 4 mm ALLEN spanner,
precision-adjust the screw by turning
the screw clockwise = greater
coupling slippage, counter clockwise
= greater coupling locking effect.
Once adjustment has been
performed, drive in the 5 mm
ALLEN spanner and tighten the lock nut by turning it clockwise.
