4.3 operation
The hydraulic unit, operating on the main cylinders, allows the runways to be lifted.
The power supply for the hydraulic cylinders and the dual torsion bar ensure that lifting
takes place synchronously.
Lowering, which is controlled by a pneumatic drive, is carried out by the weight of both
the platforms and the load lifted.
A relief valve protects the hydraulic system, preventing the pressure from exceeding the
maximum safety level that was defined.
The lifting/lowering movement of the lift is controlled by the buttons and switch located
on the hydraulic unit console.
Recessed version: Whenever the lift has to be lowered to the ground and the DOWN
button is pressed, the lift will stop at about 500 mm from the ground.
In this way, the operator must verify that neither persons nor objects are within the
safety area.
If so, the SAFETY button can be pressed and the lift be lowered.
A beep sound is heard during the last travel.
