Please perform regular inspection as follows.
■
Inspection with megohmmeter (insulation resistance measurement)
Insulation resistance measurement on the primary side of the inverter
Please use a 2500V megohmmeter.
The acceptance criteria are 1000 MΩ or more.
Since the grounding is performed with a high resistance detected by the input
voltage, remove the voltage detection resistor and measure it.
The steps are as follows:
Step 1: Disconnect the cable at VFD input(R,S,T), and disconnect the ground
wire of the input voltage detection board.
Step 2: Stay away from the test points.
Step 3: Connect the positive pole of the megohmmeter to VFD input (R phase)
terminal, and the negative pole to ground (the main grounding copper
bar of the inverter).
Step 4: Measure continuously for 1 min and record test result.
Step 5: Repeat Step 3 and Step 4 for S phase and T phase.
After the measurement is completed, recover to connect cables for R,S,T
input cables and the ground wire of input voltage detection board.
Please refer to the picturess shown in Figure 2-3-1.
