OPERATION
Before operation, make sure the pitcher has a filter installed. If not, follow the steps in
Filter
replacement
section below.
Filter replacement
The filter should be replaced no later than after 60 days of use or after 200 l water is filtrated.
According to using frequency and water quality, the filter replacement time may vary.
Producer suggests exchanging the filters no later than after period / water usage indicated
above.
1. Remove used filter if present.
2. Take out a new filter from packing bags.
3. Soak filter in water completely for about 12 minutes. Then wash it 2-3 times under faucet
(the water may become black, it is normal phenomenon).
4. Put filter into filter space. Place funnel into the pitcher. Place the lid on.
5. Flip up the water inlet cover and pour in water. Wait until it’s filtrated. Pour out the
filtered water. Repeat the process.
NOTE: Do not drink the first 2 times of filtered water!
6. When used for the first time, power on the indicator: Press and hold the „START” button
for 3 seconds. Frame on the display will flash 3 times, the LCD starts to work. If the
pitcher has been used before, reset the filter exchange indicator according to steps in
Filter exchange indicator use
section below.
7. The pitcher is ready to use. Flip up the water inlet cover and pour in water. Wait until the
water is filtered.
HINTS:
•
To prevent tap water and filtered water from being mixed, please do not pour out
filtered water when tap water has not been filtrated completely.
•
If the carbon particles are released, present on the pitcher or in the filtered water as
black bits, remove the filter and rinse the funnel. Thoroughly rinse the filter until black
bits disappear, and place the filter back into its place.
