INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Before first use
• Remove the protective sticker from the screen.
• Clean the water tank and the base using a damp, non-abrasive sponge.
• Wash all removable parts using warm water and washing up liquid, rinse and dry - fig. 1-5 or
in the dishwasher.
• Fill the tank with water to the maximum (1.2L) level - fig. 6.
• Position the juice collector on the water tank - fig. 7.
• Place the bowls 1, 2 and 3 and the lid, putting the lid so that the steam outlets are at the rear
of the product - fig. 12.
• Plug the appliance - fig. 13, and launch a cooking cycle of 10 minutes, with no ingredients inside.
• At the end of the cycle, empty the water tank and rinse it.

Never immerse the electric base unit in water or any other liquid. - fig 4.
2. Use of the appliance
Do not use seasoning, herbs or any liquid other than water in the water tank. Ensure that
the water tank is filled with water to the maximum level before using the steamer.
• With a jug, pour water into the water tank up to the maximum level - fig. 6.
• Use fresh water for each use and check the water tank is filled to the maximum level.

• Prepare the food and place it in the bowls - fig. 8
• Place the bowls in the right order.
• To cook eggs, place them in the built-in egg holders in the bowl 1- fig. 11.
• Place the lid on the bowl - fig 12.
• Plug in the appliance - fig. 13. A beep sounds.
NOTE : Never use the appliance on a hotplate or any hot surface
3. Choose the automatic cooking modes
• To select the cooking mode, press the Mode touchpad until the required mode (P1 to P8) is
displayed - fig. 14&15.
• You can adjust the cooking time using +/- touchpads. (refer to the cooking tables or recipes)
• Press the
touchpad to start cooking - fig. 16.
• The symbol appears on the screen.
4. Choose the time manually
• Set the cooking time in minutes by using the +/- touchpads - fig. 21 & 22. (refer to the cooking
tables or recipes).
• Press the
touchpad to start cooking.
• The symbol appears on the screen.
NOTE:
• The remaining time will be displayed and a minute by minute countdown will begin. Time is
selected and displayed in minutes. Only the time remaining under 1 minute will be displayed
in seconds.
• The time can be changed at any time during cooking by using the +/- touchpads.
• A long press on the + or – touchpads allows you to increase or decrease the cooking time
more quickly.
• During the selection, a long press on
cancels the time and program settings.
5. During cooking
•
The appliance remains hot. Do not touch hot surfaces of the product during cooking. Use
the handles.
• If the water tank is empty, the appliance stops heating. During cooking, if necessary, add water
through the water-refilling drawer. – fig. 23&24.
• The appliance can be paused by briefly pressing
. Use the handles if you handle the bowls
during the cooking. Press again
to restart the cooking.
• If you need to move the appliance during cooking, transport it flat with oven gloves to prevent
water spillage.
• During cooking, make sure not to open the lid. Also make sure not to obstruct the steam
outlets on the lid.
