Keep the appliance and its cable out of the reach of children under eight years.
ASSEMBLING
Before Using the Appliance For The First Time
•
Remove all accessories and packaging material inside and outside the appliance.
•
Wash the grill plates. See the instructions in the section “After Use/Cleaning”.
•
Oil the grill plates with a soft piece of cloth.
•
Place the appliance on a flat and heat-resistant surface.
If you will use the appliance on the table, place it out of the reach of children.
Take care of the cable when it is both extended or unextended, make sure that it does not
interfere with the movement capability around the table.
Never place the appliance to sensitive surfaces such as glass table, table cloth or polished
surface.
Never place the appliance under wall cupboards or shelf or near flammable objects such as
curtain or wall accessories.
To protect the appliance against overheating, avoid using it on the corners or at the points
too close to wall.
Do not use aluminium foil to protect the appliance against dirt.

Wash the plates at the first use (see after use section), pour some oil on and dry with
a soft cloth.
To place the grill plates;
Hold the plate at the angle so as to be placed into two teeth under the fixed clip (1),
Hold the front of the plate and press to lock. (2)
•
Ensure that the plates are finely adjusted and locked into the appliance. Only use the
plates provided by the appliance or sold in authorized service centre.
For the Grill Function
For grilling or toasted sandwich, toast etc.
•
Adjust the thermostat setting in line with the chart on the appliance. (3)

Shut off the appliance. (9)
For the Barbecue Function
For cooking grill meat and vegetables simultaneously.

Open the grill. (5)

Hold the handle and lift it powerfully to the upside of the appliance (6) and open 180°;
the appliance is on. (7)
CONNECTION AND PREHEATING
•
Unwind the power cable completely.
•
Make sure the mains voltage matches the power rate and voltage specified at the
