1.02 HOW THE BOARD CAN BE USED
The VIPer808 board is a multi-purpose computer board:
•
The VIPer808 can be used as a
single board computer
in conjunction with a passive
backplane. Power is drawn directly from the AT bus.
•
The VIPer808 can be used as part of a
stand-alone system
with no backplane. The board
has its own power connector, through which power can be drawn. The VIPer808 can also
operate without any user interface.
