10.1.6 Configuration Modes
Using the configuration modes (Global, Interface, etc.), you can make changes to the
Gateway’s configuration. If you save the configuration, these commands are stored and used
after rebooting. To access the various configuration modes, you must start at Global
Configuration mode.
The Global Configuration mode allows configuration capabilities. It is indicated by the
following prompt:
