Secure Door Adapter
GB
2.1. General information
Where door intercom devices (both IP and ana-
logue ones) are used outside and hold the open
function, they are exposed to sabotage, which
would result in the door being opened from the
outside. In order to successfully prevent such
acts of sabotage, you need to loop-in a Secure
Door Adapter within the secure area of the cir-
cuit to open the door. In case of sabotage, this
adapter will interrupt the circuit.

After the power supply unit has been connected
or once power is restored after a blackout, the
system will check the sabotage loop and will
switch to normal system operation where the
loop is in flawless condition. Use the "reset"
button to reset the device after sabotage has
been detected. Pressing the "reset" button
during normal system operation will result in
the circuit to open the door being interrupted
while the button remains pressed.
