ID3 (Show Tag) System

7.1
Inserting and removing USB storage device
This appliance can play the audio format MP3 directly from a USB storage device.
Press repeatedly
FUNCTION
(6 or 28) to select USB operation mode. The display (23)
shows the
MP3 USB
indicator.
Insert a USB storage device to the USB port (7).

The playback functions of USB mode are identical to MP3-CD playback

To remove the USB memory:
Gently pull it out from the USB port (7).
8. BLUETOOTH
OPERATION
External
Bluetooth
devices can be connected to the appliance through
Bluetooth
mode.
Before using a wireless device with
Bluetooth
, establish a connection between the device
and the boombox. This process is called "pairing" and it has to be done only once. Once
the two devices are paired, they will automatically connect when they detect each other.
Press repeatedly
FUNCTION
(6 or 28) to activate the
Bluetooth
function. An acoustic sig-
nal is emitted, the
PAIR
indicator (25) lights up and
starts blinking on the display (23).
If the unit does not pair automatically to the external device, start the pairing procedure
described below.

Bluetooth
devices. Refer to your
device’s manual for further information.
Activate the
Bluetooth
function of the external device and search for
Bluetooth
devices.
Select
RC1002BM
from the
Bluetooth
device list. Follow the instructions shown on your
device’s screen. Enter the passkey "0000" if the device asks for one.
When the
Bluetooth
connection has been established,
stops blinking and an
acoustic signal is being emitted at the same time.
Tracks from your connected
Bluetooth
device are played through the speaker now. Use
the volume control of the appliance as described above ( 4. Basic functions).
All playback functions can be managed through the
Bluetooth
device’s controls.
Alternatively, you can control the playback through the controls of your appliance.
Press
FUNCTION
(6 or 28) to disconnect the unit from the
Bluetooth
device or
disconnect using your
Bluetooth
devices's controls.
Notes:
Bluetooth
works best within a range of up to 8 to 10 metres.
The boombox can be connected only to one
Bluetooth
device at a time.
The music streaming may be interrupted by obstacles between the
Bluetooth
device
and the boombox, such as walls, metallic casing that covers the device, or other devices
nearby that operate in the same frequency.
When switched back to
Bluetooth
mode, the boombox automatically starts reconnecting
with last paired device, if available.
