CCion Auto
This means CC is turned off by thermoconductivity gauge pressure reading
only and comes back on when pressure falls below 10 microns.
CCion SELF
This means CC is turned off by CC overpressure only.
CCion both
This means CC is turned off by both the CC overpressure and off and on by
the thermo-conductivity gauge pressure reading. (Preferable). If turned off
by overpressure, the CC must be reset by the front panel or by RS232.
