(e.g. octet 0x2A will be converted as two characters 0x32 0x41)
Note: in both cases if status of the message is 'received unread', status in the
storage changes to 'received read'.

Execution command sends to the network a message.
Parameter:
<length>
- length of the PDU to be sent in bytes (excluding the SMSC address
octets).

, the device responds sending a four
character sequence prompt:
<CR><LF><greater_than><space> (IRA 13, 10, 62, 32)
and waits for the specified number of bytes.
Note: the
DCD
signal shall be in
ON
state while PDU is given.
Note: the echoing of given characters back from the TA is controlled by echo
command
