<timeout>
- time-out for user responses
1..2 - time-out in minutes (default 2). Any ongoing (but unanswered)
proactive
command
will be aborted automatically after
<timeout>
minutes. In this
case, the terminal response is either “ME currently unable to process
command”, or if applicable, “No response from user”. In addition an
unsolicited indication will be sent to the external application:

is defined as
<cmdType> + terminate offset

the terminate offset equals 100.
Note: every time the SIM application issues a
proactive command
that requires
user interaction an unsolicited code will be sent, if enabled with
#STIA
command,

type of
proactive command
issued by the SIM:
