Port:
The module communicates with the remote monitoring server via this port.
Parameters, which need to be filled in only in case of SIA protocol:
Receiver number:
This is an optional field, which server as receiver identifier at the remote monitoring station. Its
maximal length is 6 characters.
Account prefix:
This field serves for entering the maximum 6 characters long prefix of the client identifier.
Changes can be saved with help of ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the page.
4.7.2 Surveillance schemas
From the remote monitoring servers, entered in point 4.7.1 you have to create schemas in order
to make the module able to execute ‘Report action via net’ action and throughout Contact ID
transmission. Maximum 6 schemas can be created this way.
You can list maximum 6 servers in one schema. These servers are in their basic status primary
servers; you can change their status to backup
by ticking in the ‘Server is backup’ option.
When you want to use the server schema for signalling, Pager 7 attempts to transmit the
Contact ID code, entered into ‘Report action via net’ action, to each primary servers. In case of
unsuccessful connection with the primary servers, it goes through the backup servers, but in this
case, stops after the first successful signal, does not attempt to reach the other backup servers.
