Parameter defines low value of triggered LVCAN property. This parameter is used to set
thresholds for LVCAN properties to generate events.

Parameter defines when LVCAN element value is sent:
0 – with every AVL packet

. On event means that LVCAN element value is included to AVL packet only when this
