The data in the table are still removed after 12 hours or after filling the table.
For the correct functioning of Smart callback is necessary that the PBX is properly set to send to
DIAL-112 the number of the caller and accept from DIAL-112 an internal extension call, all coded
according to the ISDN standard.
This service is very useful to prevent that the PO receives calls from people unsuccessfully
contacted by a number of the company (one of the numbers presented by SIM DIAL-112) and
recall without knowing the actual internal source of the call: the PO may not have enough
information to properly do the call of its kind, not necessarily aware of the call attempt went
unsuccessfully. The system can avoid this type of situation with the service described above.
7.6. SMS callback service
The service is similar to the Smart callback. When a user does not answer or is busy, you can
send a predefined message to this number (max 36 characters). If the PBX provides the number of
the internal extension caller, it is placed in the bottom of the message (are taken the last n digits of
the outgoing number, depending on the parameter "PBX digits len"). The message could then be
like "recontact TEMA" or "recontact TEMA at the number 123".
7.7. Callback for the incoming calls
This service is appliable for the incoming calls from the network. When the calling number is into
the “Prefix and number” table and the CB flag is enabled (see 8.3) then, when the call hangs up
before the 3st ringback, the system immediately calls back and let him use all the servicse he’s
enabled to. But if he doesn’t hang up, the system will treat the call as a normal incoming call.
This service is usefull to charge the cost of the call to the gateway SIM instead of the caller SIM.
7.8. Alarm contact dialer
The service allows you to send an SMS to one or two GSM numbers as a result of activation of the
contacts for alarms to alert management staff. If the alarm contact is reseted (reopen and closing),
will start another alert.
7.9. Relay contacts remotely operated
DIAL-112 has two integrated relays that can be used for electric drives (see par. 10.2.2)
7.10. Module access for local programming via DTMF
It is possible to program the parameters using the line of DIAL-112 through the PBX trunk
interface. See section 10.1 for the procedure.
7.11. Module access for remote programming via GSM
Call the number of the SIM card inserted in DIAL-112, wait for someone to answer on the
downstream line and in the first 30 seconds of conversation dial ### (3 pound) + programming
password (default is 1111, can be modified by the user, see paragraph 8.1).
