There is also a function of "print to file" of all the fields from the table content, and more generally
of all the system parameters and a save function to another file. See par. 9 .
To edit an already filled text field it is necessary to delete the characters by pressing "backspace".
IMPORTANT NOTE: because the network adds to the calling number the international prefix (eg
"+39" for Italy), it must be taked into account how the system considers the distinction between
code and number when the tables for incoming calls are compiled. So if you want to put a value to
be considered as a prefix, add "39" without "+" prefix in front of any prefix, such as 39335 for
mobile phones, 3906 for prefixes of Rome. Otherwise if you want to put a value to be considered
as a NUMBER, then do NOT add anything in front of each number to be recognized, eg.
3351234567 for mobile phones and 0658237920 for a user of Rome, etc.
IMPORTANT NOTE: DIAL-112 considers the number entered as a PREFIX having length up to 6
digits. Otherwise, 7 digit numbers will be considered as phone numbers. These considerations are
taken into account in the process of compiling the table.
Example of service for RAM business users
For incoming calls it is possible to enable incoming calls to only numbers belonging to mobile RAM
business.
Example of service for registered users
Finally, it is possible to instruct the system to make sure that when you get a call from a specific
number, it is forwarded to the internal extension shown in this field. For example, entering the
phone number of a commercial agent of the company, to each and every call, the system
supervisor, that automatically forwards directly to the number of its reference normal person in the
company. It is useful for example to associate the numbers of customers into the company's
internal staff that will give them assistance. Using the automatic routing in this way, if the extension
number to contact is busy calling, the incoming calling will be hanged up without charge of costs to
the caller.
Example for outgoing blocked numbers
Reasoning in an opposite manner compared to incoming calls, it is possibile to decide, by filling the
table of numbers to block, to allow any number except those beginning with a given prefix, eg
899xxx.
