Connection error
(Change Indicator)
1. Check if the transmitter battery
is installed properly.
2. Check if the transmitter is
properly attached to the
sensor strip.
3. Check that you have registered
the correct transmitter code.
4. Try moving the gateway closer
to the Change Indicator, within
33 ft (10 m).
If it still does not work, please
contact TENA SmartCare support.
