SQUEEGEE BLADE REPLACEMENT
Each squeegee blade has four wiping edges. When
the blades become worn, simply rotate the blades
end-for-end or top-to-bottom for a new wiping edge.
Replace blade if all four edges are worn.
1. Remove the squeegee assembly from the machine.
2. To remove front squeegee blade, unthread six
thumbscrews and remove retainer band and
squeegee blade from squeegee frame (Figure 68).

3. Replace or rotate blade end for end to allow a new
edge to face forward.
4. Replace retainer band and secure with six
thumbscrews.
5. To remove rear squeegee blade, unlatch retainer
clamp and remove retainer band and squeegee
blade from squeegee frame (Figure 69).

6. Replace or rotate blade end for end to allow a new
edge to face foward.
7. Replace retainer band and secure with clamp.
8. Check squeegee for proper deflection
(See LEVELING SQUEEGEE).
SCRUB HEAD SKIRT REPLACEMENT
1. Turn machine power off.
FOR SAFETY: Before leaving or servicing
machine, stop on level surface and turn off
machine.
2. Raise scrub head.
3. Loosen skirt band clamp and remove clamp from
band. Remove old skirt and band from scrub head
(Figure 70).

4. Route skirt band through new skirt, place skirt on
scrub head and replace screw clamp. Make sure
clamp is at rear of scrub head.
5. Slightly tighten skirt band screw clamp to allow for
easy hand adjustment (Figure 71).
