CHANGING AN LPG FUEL TANK
1. Park the machine in a designated safe area.
2. Close the tank service valve.
3. Operate the engine until it stops from lack of
fuel, then set the machine parking brake.
FOR SAFETY: When servicing machine,
keep flames and sparks away from fuel
system service area. Keep area well
ventilated.
4. Put on gloves and remove the
quick-disconnect tank coupling.
5. Unlatch and remove the empty LPG fuel
tank from the machine and store the tank in
a designated, safe area.
NOTE: Make sure the LPG fuel tank matches the
fuel system (liquid tank with liquid system).
6. Carefully put the filled LPG tank in the
machine so that the tank centering pin
enters the aligning hole in the tank collar.
NOTE: If you cannot line up the centering pin,
make sure you have the correct LPG fuel tank
and then adjust the pin locator in or out.
7. Fasten the tank hold-down clamp to lock the
tank in position.
