INTAKE MANIFOLD (FORD)
Tighten the intake manifold bolts or nuts, every
800 hours of operation, in a two step sequence.
Replace the filter element on the GM engine serial
number 006000 and above after every 800 hours
of operation.Torque the M8 bolts or nuts to
7 to 9.5 Nm (5 to 7 ft lb) in the first step, and
19 to 28.5 Nm (14 to 21 ft lb) in the second step
of torquing.
TIMING BELT
Check the engine timing belt every 800 hours of
operation, and replace the engine timing belt
every 1600 hours of operation.
