Unscrew the four nuts

that fasten the drive motor support to the machine’s chassis, taking care
not to lose the washers

Remove the drive motor, complete with the two half-supports, right

and left

Remove the two Seeger rings

from the drive axle.

Remove the two half-supports from the drive motor, the right one

fastened by the two screws

and
the left one

fastened by the three screws

Replace the drive motor with a new one and then reassemble the half-supports on the reduction unit.

Fit the left support E on the reduction unit,
tightening the three screws
E1
to a maximum
torque of 22 Nm ~ 194,7 lbf in.
Place the Seeger rings

on the shaft, making
sure they are fitted correctly.

If possible, remove the bearing from the
half-support

to simplify insertion.
