ROUBLE SHOOTING
S upply of hot and cold water lines are rev ers ed.
Interchange the water s upply hos es
1 - W ater hose pinched or s queezed from behind.
Make s ure that the hos es are well pos itioned and are
not pinched or s queezed any where.
2 - W ater pres s ure inferior to 35 ps i.

A - Water s upply from the city .
No pos s ible s olution
B - W ater s upplied by well.
Increas e the pres s ure of y our pump.
3 - Debris at the entrance of the check v alv e.
Remov e the faucet from the wall, dis connect the hot
and cold connectors from the v alv e and remov e all dirt
and debris .
4- Hard water
Soak the thermostatic cartridge in a (50/50) s olution of
water and v inagar, for 12h. Cons ult the cartridge
remov al manuel for ins trutions before s tarting .
1 - The rain s hower head is placed horizontally .
Place y our rain s hower head at an angle to allow the
water to drain.
2 - The handle of the rain s hower head v alv e does not
clos e properly .
Contact Tenzo for a cartridge replacement .
1 - The temperature of y our water heater is not
adjus ted to 60 ° C (140 ° F).
Make the adjus tment of the temperature of y our water
heater.
