Before  contacting  us  for  repair,  carefully  check  the  section  in  pages  21˜22, 

causes of malfunction causes and solutions

● Warranty

The warranty is on page 25 of this manual.
Be  sure  to  check  the  entry  of  the  delivery  date.  Read  the  description  of  the  warranty 
carefully and keep it in a safe place.
The warranty period is for two years from the delivery date.

● Minimum holding period for repair parts

The minimum holding period  for repair parts is for seven years after manufacturing has been 
discontinued.

● Repair during the warranty period

Check the manual carefully. If the problem persists, contact the Teral Call Center for repairs. 
We will conduct repairs according to the warranty description.
Be sure to present the warranty when requesting repair.

● Repair after the warranty period

Contact the Teral Call Center.
At the request of the user, we will repair the product to maintain its functions or replace 
with a new product at the expense of the user.

Contact the Call Center below for inspection or repair.

Inquiry  or  repair  request  by  telephone  is  available  for  24  hours  a  day,  365  days  a  year.
Repair  date  and  time  will  be  determined  at  the  time  such  request  is  made.  Please  note 
that we may not always be able to respond immediately.

● Parts replacement guideline

The garbage disposer has consumable parts such as grinding parts and seal water parts. 
Replacement timing varies depending on usage. Shown  below is replacement guidelines for 
each part. Inspect and replace the parts. according to these guidelines.

● Recommendation of periodical inspection (at the expense of the user)

We  recommend periodical  inspection  of  products  installed  over  two  years  ago  in  order  to 
ensure long-term use at ease. Contact the Call Center to request inspection.

● Repair costs

※ Contact Teral Call Center for repair, parts replacement, or inspection.

※  The replacement guideline for the garbage disposer unit is 7˜10 years.
※ Depending on usage (use frequency, jam by foreign objects, etc.), replacement timing 

may be sooner than indicated.
