Warranty

This document is to warrant repair free of charge under the warranty provision given below. If 

a  problem  occurs  while  using  this  product,  contact  the  Teral  Call  Center  for  repair  upon 
presenting this warranty.

If a product delivered by Teral lnc. fails or is damaged during the warranty period for reasons attributable to the defective design or 
workmanship of the product, despite normal use according to the User's Manual, we will repair or replace the affected area free of charge 
during the specified period.

The warranty in the preceding clause will cover the mechanical problem of the affected area and will not cover various expanses or other 
damage arising from the problem.

The following failure and damage will be repaired at the expense of the user:
(1) Problems due to careless use or mistakes; failure and damage as a result of inappropriate repair or alteration.
(2) Failure and damage attributable to moving the product after installation.
(3) Failure and damage attributable to fire, earthquake, flood, lightning strike, freeze or other natural disasters; public hazards; and abnormal voltage.
(4) Failure and damage as a result of using a power source (voltage and frequency) other than those specified and damage due to abnormal water quality.
(5) Failure and damage due to use other than general household use.
(6) Problems and damage to consumable parts caused by foreign object jamming.
(7) If this warranty is not presented.
(8) If the customer name and the delivery date have not been entered in this warranty or if words have been modified.

Even during the warranty period, the warranty covers only the main unit and the accessories, and does not cover the drain pipes.

If the cause of a problem is not clear, a solution will be determined after consultation.

We will keep parts necessary for repair for seven years after discontinuation of manufacturing.

This warranty is effective only in Japan.

This warranty will not be reissued. Please keep it in a safe place.
