Will Operate
- AC Models
Be sure the power
unit reservoir is full
and the breather
cap has been
installed.
Be sure the manual
lowering cable is
properly adjusted.
While pushing in the
control activate switch
and activating the up
function, hold both
switches and check for
input voltage at the N.O.
valve coil on the power
unit. Wait 1 second
before checking voltage.
Put Pos. lead of the
voltage meter on the
black wire and Neg. lead
on the green/yellow
grounding wire.
Check the resistance of
the N.O. valve coil.
0V DC
While pushing in the
control activate switch
and activating the up
function, hold both
switches and check for
power at terminal 12
(black wire) of the 13 pole
terminal strip (J1). This is
a 1 second ON time
delayed terminal.
0V DC
Replace P.C. board.
Replace or repair black
wire because of an open
circuit.
infinite
ohms
Replace N.O. valve coil.
Tee in pressure gauge at
pressure port (stamped
P) of power unit. Push in
the control activate
switch, activate the up
function, hold both
switches and check the
pressure.
12V DC
7 ohms
1800 to
2000 psi
Inspect the mast
assemblies for a
mechanical bind such as
foriegn objects that could
have fallen in between
columns.
Continued on the next
page.
1800 to
2000 psi
On the power unit,
remove the return to tank
hose off of the T port
fitting and plug the hose
fitting, leaving 3000 psi
gauge teed in at the P
port fitting. Push in the
control activate switch,
activate the up function,
hold and check the
pressure.
Activate the up function
and check for voltage at
the N.C. down valve coils
(yellow wire) at the barrel
end of each lifting
cylinder.
0V DC
12V DC
Replace defective N.O.
contact block for down
function in platform
control box.
