Check the low auxillary

LED) light. If on, it is
showing a low voltage
condition.

power source. Check for
power at terminal 9 and
9A of the 13 pole terminal
strip (J1) located in the
ground control box.
Replace the 8 -1.5V, AA
size batteries.

If power is seen then the
symptom would be that
the auxillary lowering
from the platform would
work and not from the
ground control box.

Check for power at
terminal 1 of the 3 pole
terminal strip (J2) in the

voltage meter on terminal
1 and the negative lead
on terminal 2 the
grounding terminal.

lowering battery holder
wires (red wire connects
to terminal 1 and black
wire connects to terminal
2) for loose connections
at the J2 terminal strip
OR check for defects in
the battery holder and its
wires.
Check the auxillary
lowering battery holder to
make sure that the
batteries have been
installed.
