Test the Tilt Sensor
FE Models:

Select a test area that is firm, level and free of
obstruction.

Turn the key switch to ground control.

Pull out the red Emergency Stop button to the
on position.

Select hybrid mode.

Start the engine. See Operating Instructions
section.
Result: At machine start up the ground control
meter displays pitch and roll angles of the
machine and the alarm will beep 4 seconds.
DC Models:

At the Platform Controls

Pull out the red Emergency Stop button to the

FE models: Start the engine. See Operating
Instructions section.
Test Emergency Stop

Push in the platform red Emergency Stop
button to the off position.
Result FE models: The engine should turn off.

Activate each function control handle, toggle
switch or thumb rocker switch.
Result: No functions should operate.

Pull out the platform red Emergency Stop
button to the on position.
Test the Horn

Press the horn button.
Result: The horn should sound.
