Remove the charge pressure hose from the rear
adapter on the hydraulic filter to allow access to
the two drive hoses (fig. 11-9).

Disconnect the lower drive hoses by removing the
four bolts from the split flange clamps (fig. 11-10).
Label the hoses to ensure correct installation
during reassembly.
6.
Remove the hose from the control block as shown
in figure 11-11. This will help when removing the
hose once the tandem pump has been removed.
7.
Attach a lifting device to elevate and secure the
tandem pump as it is disconnected from the
engine. Lift up to approximately 1/2” (fig. 11-12).
8.
Detach the tandem pump from the bottom of pump
mount by working from under the chassis. Remove
the bolts (4) that secure the mount to each side of
the chassis for ease of pump removal (fig.11-13).
9.
Remove the top bolt from the rear of the tandem
pump (fig. 11-14).
