When you finish cooking always turn off the appliance first from the valve and after that from the control knob to off
position. Allow the hob to burn the residual gas from the hose before turn the knob to off position.
COOKWARE TO USE
• Pan diameter for small burner 12-18 cm
• Pan diameter for medium burner 18-24 cm
• Pan diameter for big burner 24 cm

Never place cookware directly on top of the burner.

Maximum weight of a pan to be placed over a single burner is 5 kg.

The overall maximum load of a pan that is to be placed over the entire grate is 10 kg.
Do not place a single pan over two burners at the same time.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning, always close the main gas supply tap (reducer valve) and turn the gas knob of the appliance to off position
and wait until cooker becomes cold. Do not clean the appliance while it is hot. This can be dangerous and can cause hazards.

Clean the surface of the appliance with a damp cloth, then dry it well with a dry cloth.
2.
Do not use chemicals or solvents to clean the appliance.
3.
Appliance must not be washed with water and hard substances shouldn't be used for cleaning purposes.
4.
Do not apply water to upper and rear covers of the appliance during cleaning.
5.
In order to get a good flame, it is best to remove the burner from the hob and clean it with a suitable brush once a week.
Be especially careful when placing the burner back on the hob.
6.
At least once a year periodical maintenance must be done to the appliance by authorized service center. Contact your
supplier.
