OPERATING THE LIFT

If the radio control enabler option is fitted  press the key fob to 

activate the control stations.

If necessary, call the lift  by maintaining  pressure on the control 

button and wait for it to stop at the appropriate level.  Wheel into 

the lift and 

apply the wheelchair brakes

. Press and maintain 

pressure on the control button switch until the lift stops at the 

required level.

At the upper level, once the brakes have been released, the chair 

can be wheeled off the moment the lift has stopped.  At the lower 

level wait for the ramp to fully extend before exiting the lift.  If 

entering the lift from the upper level, the lift must first be called 

using the upper level control button.

If your lift has been fitted with an upper level gate press the black 

button to open the gate.  Note that the lift will not go down unless 

the upper level gate is fully shut.

Remember, in an emergency, the lift can be stopped at any time 

by releasing the control button.

The lift’s ramp is fitted with a safety device that stops the lift if it is 

obstructed.  Once the obstruction has been removed the lift will 

continue to operate as normal.

Always return the lift to the lower level once it has been 
used.
