There is no hydraulic fluid flow or pressure from
hydraulic oil pump when the engine is running.
Shut off valve closed
Clogged filter
Blockage on pump's suction port or collapsed
suction hose
Damage to pump gears or wear plates
Pump does not respond to load immediately or fails
to respond totally.
Low hydraulic oil level in reservoir
System relief valve pressure set too low
Pump worn or damaged
Overheated hydraulic oil.
