STORAGE
After use, turn off the power to the appliance and unplug the power cord. Remove the water tank and
pour out the residual water. Store the appliance in a dry and clean place.

Make sure there is enough water in the
water tank.
You have not pressed the
steam control knob.
Press the steam release control (1).
You did not select the steam
release rate.
Select the intensity of steam release.
The steam ready indicator
does not light up.
Make sure that the appliance is
connected to the mains and wait until the
indicator lights up.
The appliance is not
powered.
The appliance is not
connected correctly or the
mains plug is defective.
Connect the appliance to the mains and
check the power cord.
The appliance does
not vacuum dirt from
the floor.
The filter is clogged with
dirt.
Clean the filter.
The suction of the appliance
is blocked.
Remove dirt from the suction opening.
The dust tank is full.
Empty the dirt tank.

using the device for other purposes than it was designed to
normal wear and tear
failure to observe the „Important safety instructions“ stated in the user manual

damage caused by natural elements such as water, fire, static electricity, power surges etcetera
damage caused by an unauthorized repair
unreadable serial number
