Scan Overview
Background
The Scan function is used to automatically bin groups of
up to 100 components. The scan function, unlike the
handler interface must first be activated using the panel
keys.
There are a total of 6 outputs as well as a GND and
power (+5V) pin.

Pin Assignment
Relay
Controls the relay output.
Pass
Pass signal. Indicates a GO compare
result is GO (pass).
Low
Low signal. Indicates a LO compare
result.
High
High signal. Indicates a HI compare
result.
Clock
The clock signal will pulse high when
each group of output signals (Ready,
Pass, Low, High) are ready. There are up
to 100 groups of output signals
STRB
After all (100) output groups are
ready, the STRB signal will pulse high.
Scan Setup
Background
The scan function is accessed via the compare mode.

compare function

to access the
compare mode, as shown above.
