PREPARING THE SHOWER BASE
- Position the shower base in the corner of the bathroom.
Connect the waste, positioning the pipe as indicated in the
drawing. Position the pop-up plug on the base.
- Proceed to level up the base on the floor by adjusting the
screw feet.
FITTING THE BACK PANEL - RX
- Move the shower base away from the walls, taking care
not to disturb the waste connection.
Position the back panel on the shower base as indicated.
- Position the corner equipped column on the shower base.
Join the panel and column together with bolts, nuts and
washers but do not tighten.
FITTING THE BACK PANEL - LX
- Position the back panel on the shower base as indicated.
- Join the panel and column together with bolts, nuts and
washers but do not tighten.
SECURING THE BACK PANELS AND COLUMN
- Secure the back panels to the shower base with the
relative screws (use the Allen key supplied by Teuco).
- Secure the panels and column to the shower base with
bolts, nuts and washers.
Secure the back panels and column one to another by
tightening the bolts, nuts and washers fitted previously.
FITTING THE SIDE PANELS
- Locate each side panel carefully in the slots afforded by the
shower base and the back panel uprights.
Important: position the side panel uprights on the
shower base at the points indicated.
FIXING THE SIDE PANELS
- Secure the side panels to the shower base with the relative screws
at the points indicated (use the Allen key supplied by Teuco).
FITTING THE TRACK (bottom part)
- Separate the two parts of the track.
- Locate the bottom part of the track with the metal insert
on the uprights and the side panels.
Fix the track to the uprights and the side panels with the
screws provided, making certain to use the holes indicated.
FITTING THE WATER SEAL
- The water seal must be fitted on the inside of the cabin
between the glass and the uprights and between the glass
and the shower base;
IMPORTANT: the seal must be fitted with the red part (A)
on the inside of the upright.
Fit the seal between the upright and the glass
without stretching
,
working from the top down to the bottom corner, using
the special
tool supplied by Teuco
as illustrated
(the seal is inserted correctly
when the red part (A) is no longer visible from the outside)
- Fit the seal into the rounded bottom corner by hand,
leaving plenty of slack.
Force the seal into the gap using the special tool, ensuring
it is
fully inserted
.

- Continue forcing the seal into place right to the top of the
panel, cutting off the excess length.
HANGING THE DOOR
- Fit the door working from inside the cabin.
Locate the pins on the bottom of the door uprights in the
track afforded by the shower base, then hook the hangers
onto the track.
FIXING THE TRACK (top part)
- Fit the top part of the track to the bottom part and secure
with the screws, which are driven into the uprights.
CHECKING THE DOOR FIT
- Slide the doors shut and check that the magnetic seals are
aligned correctly along the full length of the uprights.
ALIGNING THE DOORS
- If the door seals do not meet properly, as in (A) or (B), adjust
the relative hanger as indicated by the arrow.
- Grasp the door by the upright and lift.
- Tighten the nut until the magnetic seals are properly aligned.
Having adjusted the hanger, secure the nuts by fitting the
decor collar.
Note: the collar cannot be fitted properly unless the top
and bottom nuts are aligned.

The product must be installed exactly as supplied by Teuco,
otherwise claims under warranty will not be accepted.
The installer must observe the assembly instructions, using
only the tools and materials recommended, and the accessories
supplied with the product.
The product must be installed only in a corner and not in an
alcove, on a prepared floor and against finished walls with no
projections (e.g. skirtings, mouldings…)
Electrical connections must be carried out in compliance with
safety regulations governing bathroom installations, as described
in the accompanying INSTALLATION STANDARDS manual.
Minimum headroom of 230 cm is required in order to allow
proper inspection and maintenance of the shower sauna.
All fasteners (bags A-B-C) and accessories required for
assembly are contained in the “accessories box”.
Fixing kit (D) is included in the accessories bag for the 161M
version only.
This manual is an integral part of the product and must be
kept for future reference.
