9.3. Tyre
9.4.1
Condition of the tyre.
The tyre must be replaced if the depth of the pattern on the tyre is 4 mm or less.
Precaution
If you use very worn tyres when you ride your Off-Roader the resistance will be low and this
may result in you gliding and the vehicle becomes difficult to control.
9.4.2
Tyre pressure
Measure the tyre pressure when the tyre is cold otherwise you will not get the correct result.
If you ride with incorrect tyre pressure it will affect your operation, mobility, braking and life
of the tyre. You must ensure that the tyre pressure is 7 Psi when riding on soft surface and
14 Psi when riding on hard surface.
Precaution
The tyre pressure must not be too high or too low. If it is too high the tyre can blow up and
damage persons. It will also affect the steering and control of the machine.
If the tyre pressure is too low it will lead to incorrect operation, the tyre will wear on the rim
and this can cause accidents or damage the tyre and rim.
The pressure on all tyres must be the same so it doesn t affect the operation.
