Rx Filters

Rule
is the match criteria. It contains the compare filed name, the expected value, and the compare
function. For example, the rule can be: source port is equal to 23.

Actions
are the operations that execute if the rule is matched.
The outcome of the filter matching could be: No Match, Pass, and Drop.
