11.3 Raw Registers Page
The
Raw Register
page displays the register map including address. The address bits have the shaded
background and are not editable. The unshaded bits are the data bits. This register map may be directly
manipulated by clicking into the bit field, moving around with the arrow keys, and typing 1 or 0 to change a bit.
All registers may be read or written in addition to individual registers. For individual register read or write, the
active register is highlighted in the list of registers and displayed in the top right. An individual register or field
may be read back by entering the name into the bottom right and clicking the
Read
button.
Register maps may be exported, but also imported. The import format may simply be the address and register
data in hex format as illustrated in the address/value column, one register to a line.
Note
Use the
Export Register Map
option to create a text file with the register values for simple re-use of
the register configuration.
