Instructions
Grab cell reference
1.
While entering or editing a formula, place the
cursor on the edit line where you want to enter a
cell reference.
2.
Press
n
.
3.
Use the arrow keys to move the cursor to the cell
that contains the formula or value that you want
to copy.
4.
Press

. The address of the cell you
referenced appears on the edit line (where you
placed the cursor in step 1) and is now part of the
current formula.
Grab range
reference
1.
While entering or editing a formula, place the
cursor on the edit line where you want to enter a
range reference.
2.
Press
n
.
3.
Use the arrow keys to move the cursor to the first
cell in the range that you want to copy.
4.
Press
R
, and then move the cursor to the last
cell in the range that you want to copy.
5.
Press

. The cell range that you referenced
appears on the edit line (where you placed the
cursor in step 1) and is now part of the current
formula.
