To open any item on the Utilities pane, click the Utilities tab, and then
click the item you want.
Inserting items from the Utilities pane
1. Open the Utilities pane.
2. Select the header that contains the function, symbol, or expression
you want to insert into your problem.
3. Double-click the item or drag and drop it into the expression. You can
also select the item and press
Enter
.
Move the mouse over an item to view a short description of each item
or view syntax information.
Using wizards
Wizards provide help for entering functions and performing tasks for
items in the Utilities pane such as
LinRegMx
and
OneVar
. The
symbol
appears next to items that are supported by wizards. To use a wizard:
1. In the Utilities pane, click the tab to open the set of utilities you want
to work with. For example, click Catalog.
2. Click the check box next to the Wizards on box in the lower right
corner of the pane.
3. When you begin a command or function that is supported by a
wizard, a dialog box provides help needed to use the selected
function. For example, when you select
LinRegtTest
from the
Catalog, the following dialog opens.
