Gigabit Ethernet Signal Integrity Tests
5.1.1
RGMII Signals
The RGMII signals between the MAC and the PHY are tested with a 1000-Mb connection on both PHY1
and PHY 2 RX and TX.

show the clock signal and corresponding RX_D1 and TX_D1
data signal. The other data signals D0, D2, and D3 were measured too and exhibited the same
waveforms. This was expected because the design was optimized for impedance and matched length of
the clock and data lines.
