6.20.
Speed regulation bolt
This bolt controls the max. power of the engine depending on
how the bolt is adjusted. The bolt can be adjusted according
to the skills of the rider.
Adjustment method:
a: Screw the bolt clockwise and the power of the engine will
be reduced.
b: Screw the bolt anticlockwise, and the power will be
increased.
6.21.
Fuel Switch
The fuel switch is placed between the fuel tank and the
carburettor. The switch has two positions: ON OFF.
ON (The arrow is vertical): The fuel can flow into the
carburettor.
OFF (The arrow on the fuel switch is horizontal): The fuel
cannot flow into the carburettor.
6.22.
Gear pedal
This pedal is used to change gear on the vehicle.
When you have started the engine you push down the pedal
once with your left foot, and the engine changes to 1
st
gear. If
you push down the pedal once more, you will change to 2
nd
gear and so on. To change to lower gear e.g. from 3
rd
to 2
nd
gear you should lift the pedal. To get into reverse the vehicle
must hold still, the engine be idle, and the gear in neutral. Then
you push down the pedal with your left heel.
6.23.
Foot brake (rear brake)
To activate the rear brake you must push down the pedal on
the right side of the engine.
