13. Read the user manual carefully. Get familiar with the off-roaders abilities and limits
as well as specific potential risks.
14. Never ride Texas Off-Roader on public road or pavement. Also never try to make
any stunts such as jumps or riding on two wheels.
15. This Texas Off-Roader has been designed and constructed for one person only.
The structure and drawing of the seat makes it unsafe to carry any passenger,
16. You must not exceed the maximum weight.
17. Always carry a helmet, eye protection and protection clothing when you ride your
Texas Off-Roader.
18. Only use accessories and original spare parts. Mounting of unauthorized parts may
lead to increased risks. Texas renounces responsibility by injury or other damage
caused by use of unoriginal parts.
19. By constructive changes such as change of the engine capacity, the warrantee
becomes void.
20. Wear parts such as brake blocks, cables and rubber mountings are not covered by
the warrantee
21. Never use your off-roader under influence of drugs, alcohol or medicine
22. You shall always check that bolts and nuts are fastened before start.
