Electric connections
Connect the main lead to a standard electric outlet, which equals the specification listed on
the type tag/name plate.
WARNING! THIS LOG SPLITTER
MUST HAVE A GROUND CONNECTION
IMPORTANT: The wires in the main lead are colored in accordance with the following
code (the codes can vary from country to country).
Green / yellow
– ground
Blue
– neutral
Brown
– current leading
As the colors of the flexible cord of this appliance may not correspond with the colored
markings identifying the terminals in your outlet, proceed as follows:
Connect the green / yellow cord to the terminal marked with the letter ”E” or earth symbol
or the colour green or green / yellow.
Connect the brown cord
to the terminal marked with the letter ”L” or the colour red.
Connect the blue cord to the terminal marked with the letter ”N” or the colour black.
THIS MUST ONLY BE CARRIED OUT BY AN ELECTRICIAN
Extension cords
If an extension cord is to be used, it is recommended to use waterproof plugs and avoid
contact with water.
Since the cable will produce a voltage drop, that will prevent the engine from supplying full
power and reduce the machine’s function, it is essential that the conductors in the cable
conform the following specifications.
0-20 meters
– diameter of conductor – 1,5 mm

Never use extension cords which are more than 20 meters long
