2. Safety instructions
As a user of this machine you should read this manual carefully before using the machine
for the first time. Follow these instructions and keep the manual for later reference or if you
sell the machine.
The machine must only be used for clearing snow from areas with hard and even surface.
If you use the machine for purposes not mentioned in this manual or if you make unauthor-
ized changes to the machine, the guarantee is no longer valid. The user of the machine is
liable for damages to third party or his property that results from wrong/unauthorized use
of the machine.
Only
use original spare parts
Persons under the age of 16 must not use the machine.
Keep others, especially children and animals away from the work area.
Use gloves, eye protection, close fitting winter clothes and robust foot wear when using the
machine.
Never refuel in a closed area, when the engine is running, or if it is hot.
Do not smoke while tanking.
Never overfill the tank.
In case fuel is spilled while tanking it must be wiped away before starting the engine.
Store fuel in a clean container approved for the purpose.
Take care that your body or your clothes does not get near rotating or warm parts of the
machine.
Turn off the machine when it is not being used. Also when you leave it, make adjustments,
perform maintenance or repairs.
