If the machine is not working properly, please first check in this manual whether you
followed exactly its instructions (whether the machine was turned on, the upper
thread was correctly threaded, the bottom thread was correctly inserted into the
bobbin etc., etc.). If the machine still does not sew properly, please contact technical
support.
