6.1 12/24 hours indication 

• In normal mode, press DOWN button to select 12 (PM appears on the display after 12 h)

or 24 hour mode. 

6.2 Setting of the clock and date

• Move the FUNCTION switch to ‘T.SET’ (TIME SET). 
• The hour digits are flashing.
• Press UP or DOWN button to adjust the hours. 
• Press MODE button and the setting sequence is shown as follows: Minutes, seconds, year,

month and day. Adjust with UP or DOWN button.

• Move the FUNCTION switch to ‘NORMAL’, the clock and calendar settings are finished. 

6.3 Setting of the alarm time

• Move the FUNCTION switch to AL.SET (ALARM SET). 
• The hour digit and AL start flashing. 
• Press UP or DOWN button to adjust the hours. 
• Press MODE button and the setting sequence is shown as follows: Minutes and the snooze

interval, the default setting is 5, (snooze-function from 1 minute to 60). Adjust with UP or
DOWN button.

• Move the FUNCTION switch to ‘NORMAL’. The alarm setting is finished.

6.4 Activate/turn off Alarm ON/OFF

• Move the ALARM ON/OFF switch to AL ON (ALARM ON).
• AL appears on the display. The alarm is activated. 
• When the alarm time is reached the wake-up signal sounds.
• Wave your hand within 2 inches distance to the motion sensor or press the SNOOZE but-

ton to activate snooze function. 

• For the duration of the pre-set interval function, the alarm will be interrupted up to four

times.

• If there is no man-made stop, the clock will alarm lasting 1 minute every snooze interval,

four times totally. 

• Press any button and the alarm will stop. 
• Move the ALARM ON/OFF switch to ‘AL.OFF’ (ALARM OFF) to switch off the alarm func-

tion. 

6.5 Temperature display

• By pressing the UP button the temperature unit can be changed from °C to °F in normal

mode. 

6.6 Reading of the temperature, date, the alarm time and the snooze interval 

• Press the SNOOZE button or wave your hand within 2 inches distance in normal mode to

show the temperature, the date, the alarm time and the snooze interval. 

6.7 Brightness

• Move the brightness adjusting switch to change brightness in 3 steps (HIGH-MIDDLE-

LOW).

• Do not use the unit if the housing or the main adapter is damaged.
• Keep the unit out of reach of persons (including children) who cannot fully appreciate

the potential risks of handling electrical equipment.

• Pull the plug out of the socket immediately if any fault occurs or if the unit is not used for

a lengthy period.

• Only use the supplied mains adapter. 
• Do not pull the plug out of the socket by its lead.
• Route the mains lead so that it does not come into contact with sharp-edged or hot

objects.

Caution! 

Risk of injury:

• Keep the battery out of reach of children. 
• Batteries must not be thrown into the fire, short-circuited, taken apart or recharged. Risk

of explosion!

• Batteries can be fatal if swallowed. If a battery has been swallowed, get medical assis-

tance immediately. 

• Batteries contain harmful acids. Low batteries should be changed as soon as possible to

prevent damage caused by a leaking battery. 

• Wear chemical-resistant protective gloves and glasses when handling leaked batteries.

Important information on product safety!

• Do not place the unit near extreme temperatures, vibration or shockshock. 
• Do not place any objects on the instrument.

6. Getting started 

• Open the battery compartment and remove the insulation strip.
• Insert the adapter into the jack. Connect the power adapter to a wall socket. 

Important!

Make sure that your household voltage is 230V! Otherwise your clock may be damaged.

• A short beep sounds.
• The alarm clock starts to run a test. 
• Then 12:00 and PM appear on the display.
